The business is expanding and therefore will require talent in corporate functions, both interim and permanent.
The job is to hire a volume of mid and senior level talent across corporate functions. You will manage a high volume of vacancies and work very closely with your stakeholders to ensure you really understand what they need, what their teams are trying to achieve and where you can build more creative solutions with hiring managers. The business is incredibly fast paced and with constant change which can be very challenging when hiring.
To apply you must have a solid level in-house experience partnering a senior client group. You will have hired tough mandates in legal, marketing, HR, Finance as well as some very niche or hybrid roles. You must have done this is a very commercial business - FMCG, retail, consumer goods, engineering, busines services, real estate etc.
This role is temporary at the moment and could go permanent. £300 - £350 per day PAYE as this role falls inside IR35- you can live anywhere in the UK if you are happy to travel to the head office in South West England once or twice a month.
