This well renowned organisation based on the edge of Bath is seeking an internal recruiter to join their HR function. This organisation is on an exciting journey & has an impressive growth plan, they really believe in what they do & want to employ the top talent in the market.

As the internal recruiter you will have responsibility for the entire recruitment, retention and selection process. Starting from initial requests through to candidate attraction, shortlisting, interview process, managing offers as well as looking at building talent pipeline, brand awareness, position in the market and retention.

You work will closely with the head of HR to ensure innovative recruitment strategies that reflect the organisations growth and will allow a positive candidate experience.

This role requires someone who can utilise social media effectively & can demonstrate their ability in successfully filling "hard to fill roles". As an internal recruiter you will have the initiative to think outside the box and conduct market research for candidate attraction to report on what is working and what needs to change to ensure an effective talent pipeline.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to move in house or someone who has worked within a support function & is looking for that next step in their recruitment career.

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills along with drive and enthusiasm to succeed. You will have a solid understanding of the recruitment process and have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure credibility and confidence when recruiting into their teams. You will be confident and articulate to attend and present at careers fairs, assessment centres and university open days to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.

The internal recruiter needs to have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, you will need to modernise the recruitment process and ensure you have the buy in from the workforce. Any experience of working with a ATS system would be a huge advantage.
