Our client, a global leader in the payments processing space, is looking to hire multiple Internal Recruiters in various locations across the U.S. -Austin, Denver, or the San Francisco Bay area. These roles are remote at the moment, but will be provided with 30 days' notice when the company plans to transition back to a hybrid working model.
They're seeking candidates with minimally 3+ years of experience in internal recruiting, internal mobility, or resource management. The key focus for these roles will be the ability to handle a high volume of internal applicants within the Technology division, as the company has just under 1000 internal hires annually. Internal recruitment is being decoupled to create allow the existing team to focus purely on external recruitment. The teams will work closely together. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required for this role, to allow the external recruiting team to shift resources behind roles for which a strong internal pipeline of talent doesn't exist. Internal Recruiters will be responsible for determining employee eligibility for an internal transfer, pulling relevant performance evaluations and HR data, working with Compensation to determine pay, and putting together offer letters. Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
