More specifically, as a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;
- Support and challenging managers with people related matters
- Guide and support managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Support with the performance management and development processes
- Lead and support with projects
- Work closely with wider HR team to identify and deliver solutions
- Driving the HR strategy
This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to move into a business partnering role where you will have real autonomy and responsibility from day 1.
You must be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders to coach them through ER cases and also have experience on managing these cases end to end. You must also have strong communication and influencing skills, and be an effective team player.
You must also have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and have a high level of integrity and respect.
