This is a newly created role at a professional services firm for a Learning & Development Manager, offered on a part-time (3-4 days per week) basis. You'll be joining a business that is 100% committed to helping their people to improve performance.
As part of the HR team, you'll be responsible for all training within the firm, helping employees to reach their potential, maximise productivity and achieve career satisfaction. You'll also be closely involved in establishing ways of identifying key talent, succession planning and skills gaps.
As L&D Manager you'll oversee the graduate training programme, as well as working with external providers to design and run internal training on business and technical skills.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and delivering training within a similar professional services environment.
