Our client, a prominent leader & disrupter in the learning space, is looking for a Leader of Workforce Planning & Management to support their growth trajectory as they look to double in size. During this exciting time, they are building out their talent management offerings and looking for a highly analytical professional to sophisticate how they approach workforce planning. In this role you will focus on reporting, forecasting, predicting trends, talent analysis/demand planning, partner with finance, maintain a multi-year talent supply forecast, establish process to evaluate & model talent supply factoring in attrition, internal mobility, market shifts; use predictive analytics to identify talent gaps, model "what if" scenarios to support improved hiring, retention and engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the above mentioned areas combined with a passion for using meaningful data to achieve business objectives. The role will sit onsite on a hybrid model in downtown NYC 3 days a week.
