We're partnering with a highly successful and growing clean energy company based in Morristown as they seek to hire a Leader, Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role will manage a team of 4 Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters and will drive all in-house recruiting across key US and Canadian plants. The team is expecting to fill about 400 open positions in 2022, with a mix of leadership roles, and skilled and unskilled labor. The company is implementing an RPO which will be managed by a peer to this TA Business Partner, as well as a TA Operations leader who will automate and manage the administrative processes and systems that support the recruitment teams.

This role is replacing a very successful individual who helped shape plant recruitment at this company. The incumbent has been promoted into an HR leadership role, where they will help to enable recruitment through employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives. Were the incumbent to have stayed in the role, the position would have evolved as the talent acquisition team was being restructured around the implementation of the recruitment process outsourcer and a talent acquisition operations function, enabling the in-house recruitment team to be both more strategic and impactful. This position is reporting to a Talent Acquisition Director and will sit onsite in Morristown 2-3 days per week with 20-30% travel to the field.

Our client is seeking hi-potential candidates with 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years of team leadership. Experience in an industrials/manufacturing industry is a plus, as is experience working with Workday.
