I am working with a very progressive and innovative Global business based in Birmingham who are a market leader in the UK. Sat within a team that is responsible for Learning, Leadership and Talent Development, this position focuses on Leadership Development.
Reporting into a Senior Manager, this role is responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to understand and build leadership/talent development and capability programmes. The emphasis is very much on working with the business to understand leadership development requirements and to oversee programme management. Therefore your ability to analyse data, understand leadership capability and to engage and drive new approaches to leadership talent will be key.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a complex and matrixed corporate and able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering programme management of leadership development activity. You will be an articulate communicator able to engage and work with senior stakeholders as well as externally with 3rd party providers.
My client is Birmingham based but offers flexibility and you will need to be able to access the office on a weekly basis.
