This international management consultancy based in the City is looking for an L&D Director to join the firm. Forming part of a wider HR team this role will see you reporting into the Global HRD supporting the firm with a range of projects and programmes. This role will see the successful candidate involved in both design and delivery with the firm specifically interested in candidates who are happy in a role with significant exposure to both, gained within a corporate environment.
Based in the London office this role will see youmanaging a Coordinator and Administrator and responsible for their development and performance. You will work closely with the senior leadership teams to roll out the overall strategy and steering of the function ensuring that the design and delivery of all programmes enhance the skills of employees.
You will also be responsible for undertaking various training needs analysis, producing project plans, and conducting research in order to deliver improvement plans for teams. Tracking targets for a variety of practice areas you will provide coaching across the firm ensuring performance is on track.
The firm is looking to meet with solid L&D professionals with a proven track record of design and delivery as this firm delivery the majority of training in house. You will already be operating at Manager/senior level with significant exposure to L&D within a corporate environment. Educated to Degree level, you will have managed budgets, posses solid senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills as well as a passion for L&D.
