Our client is a medical technologies conglomerate based in Westchester County, NY. They are seeking to hire a Learning & Development Manager who will focus on maintaining and delivering all ongoing soft skills (HR, communications, and management) training for 1200 associates across 2 divisions of the company, consisting primarily of corporate functions. Our client is using Cornerstone as their LMS. While much of the content is developed and delivered through WebEx and CBT, the Training & Development Manager will work to keep all training offerings current as well as developing new content to meet the ongoing needs of the business. This is a stand-alone role and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with full life cycle training, including development and delivery, as well as management of all aspects of training logistics for the supported population. While our client is flexible on technical skills, the ideal candidate will have worked with Cornerstone LMS, Google Docs, Powerpoint, and will have experience with hands-on instructional design. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with 15-20% travel. Our client would prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience in L&D and a stable and progressive career track record.
