We are working with a highly respected, global recognised consultancy firm who specialise in the areas of talent management & assessment, leadership, culture change and development consultancy who are growing and expanding their UK headcount. Working with a client list who are both broad and varied in their nature but also hugely interesting and dynamic, this role works in delivering the highest quality of solutions, working with existing IP but also offering the chance to develop solutions.
Developing existing and new business, this is a key part of your role you will enjoy and this role has a strong focus on working closely with clients and developing relationships. As well as having experience outlined above, this needs to be combined with an academic background in occupational psychology to masters level or above. The role can be based in either London or Edinburgh, working as a blend of office, home and client site based.
