I am working with a global organisation on a new role as OD and Talent Development Manager.
This role will support the organisation to develop, implement and facilitate strategically aligned transformational initiatives to improve the company performance in the region.
Duties will include -
- Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
- Leading the Cultural development of the organisation to ensure demonstrable values of inclusivity and innovation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources
- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support a high performing organisation
- Support the establishment of L&D strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPIs aligned to the business objectives
You must have a proven background in a similar role in the region and a background within a fast paced organisation.
