Our client, a UK based boutique Talent Strategy consulting firm, is currently building out their US practice and looking for Senior/Executive Talent Consulting Professionals to come manage and develop their client relatinoships, ensure excellent delivery and execution of their talent strategies, and to partner with more junior members of they delivery team to develop best-in-class, customizable solutions for their clients.

The US team has historically been based in New York City but given the current environment has transitioned to a remote environment and plans to stay that way indefinitely, so the candidate can work from anywhere in the US but will be expected to meet with clients in person as needed down the road.

They are currently hiring for their two most senior roles:

Operating Partner: The Operating Partner is the most senior position on the delivery team, and is responsible for project delivery and profitability, allocation of internal resources, day-to-day team management, and client management. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on Talent Consulting delivery experience with a preference for talent strategy, assessment, leadership coaching/development, and succession planning. Compensation commensurate with experience though there is considerable upside for the right profile.

Client Partner: The Client Partner is the first point of contact for all new client relationships and is responsible for managing and developing existing accounts to ensure excellent execution against client's needs. As this isn't a traditional 'business development' role, rather it focuses on cultivating existing relationships, the ideal candidate must bring a systematic and analytical approach to account growth, ensuring all opportunities are identified and building a sales strategy to continuously bring in new work.
