This is a great opportunity for an Organisation Design professional to really fully utlise their skill set and experience within a large and complex business that is looking to make significant changes to its target operating model.
Reporting to a Senior Manager this position will play a key part in how teams are structured and work together and you will be responsible for designing and delivering specific OD projects and programmes that will enable the business to move to its target operating model. As such you will provide organisation design expertise and coaching to senior leadership teams and work closely with HR Leaders and HRBP's, applying your knowledge to advise and challenge the business and provide guidance on design practices and processes.
It is likely that you will have worked in a large and complex business, be an expert in organisation design and therefore able to clearly demonstrate experience of driving change through the design and development of new target operating models. With a strong understanding of business strategy and the drivers of organisational change and performance, you will be strong analytically and able to build relationships at senior levels. Experience of Agile methodology would be an advantage.
Your experience will have been gained within a corporate setting but of equal interest would be those whose experience has been developed within a Management Consultancy.
This is a Birmingham based business and access to the office is required.
