We are working with our client, a multinational technology and social media company with multiple platforms and products, in their efforts to hire an Organizational Development Consultant. Despite the title, this will be a full-time regular employee of the company. Our client is headquartered internationally and is looking for someone who would be comfortable living overseas for a period of 1 year for training and assimilation with the OD team, which is part of their Center of Excellence, before returning to the local regional office. Bearing in mind the Covid-19 pandemic that we're currently in the midst of, the individual hired will start in the local US office, either New York City or Los Angeles, and will only transfer to the international HQ when it is safe to do so.
The company has 30,000 employees globally, and an HR team of 2000, half of whom are full-time employees and half of whom are interns. Their employee population in the US is currently small, as they have just entered the US market, but they already have a sizeable HR team which will play a key role in scaling and building out the business. They expect to grow the employee base to 400-500 in the foreseeable future. This is an individual contributor role with many opportunities for growth as the company scales. Our client has an excellent compensation package budgeted for this role which will consist of a competitive base salary, dependent upon years of experience, and RSUs.
Our client is looking to hire an OD professional with progressive experience as an HR business partner in large, multinational companies, where HR is known for best-in-class practices. They are also very open to candidates working in the human capital management consulting field. The individual must have experience supporting global populations, and experience developing and rolling out large scale projects and initiatives. Depth of experience in organization design and development, talent management, competency modeling, and performance management is key to success in this role, all of which needs to be built on a solid foundation of metrics and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of expertise in OD and Talent Management. Our client is industry agnostic, but would have a preference for candidates who have worked in the tech space. They are looking for strong academic credentials as well as a consistent, stable track record or success and growth versus frequent job changes. They are also gravitating towards candidates whose resumes demonstrate key accomplishments, metrics, and a penchant for innovation in HR and creative problem solving.
If you are qualified (or know anyone) and are interested in the role please send over your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
