Payroll Officer

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer who is looking to take on a 3-month temporary assignment with a well known Australian Retailer to assist with the timely, efficient and accurate processing of payroll.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Process weekly pay run
  • Liaise with Payroll Manager and HR in regards to award interpretation
  • Produce payroll reports as requested by Managers and the HR Department
  • Maintain employee records/personnel files
  • Act as a first point of contact to payroll related employee queries

About you:

As an experienced Payroll Officer, you will have a high degree of accuracy and exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise demanding workflow. Experience with HR3 and Kronos will be highly regarded.
