HR Business Partner, Leading Social Impact Charity, £45k - £55k + Benefits
We have an exciting and dynamic opportunity with one of our charity clients. This organisation is growing at an excessive rate, and recently received a significant amount of funding to invest in the development of its national programmes. To support their mission of transforming the aspirations and life skills of thousands of young people across the UK they are recruiting for an experienced People Business Partner to lead on organisational change and supporting a brilliant people agenda plan.
With great communication and project management skills you will have an analytical mindset with the ability to manage large organisational change and really drive the people agenda and people processes effectively across the internal client group. You will work closely with the People Management Team and Head of HR to drive talent retention and succession planning across the various functions of the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established business partner with a minimum of 5 year's experience working within a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will have worked with a diverse workforce and supported organisational change with a good knowledge of TUPE and UK Employment Law. Experience leading on big change projects and subsequently produced reports for the senior management and the Board. You will be a team player who is motivated by the people agenda and have a strong understanding and ability to guide and deliver change management with all stakeholders and employees across the group effectively.
