You will be joining one of the world's leading global banks with offices based in central London. As one of the largest banking and financial institutions they serve more than 40 millions customers across over 60 countries with over 100,000 employees. Services include Wealth and Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Global Banking & Markets.

You will be joining their HR and Reward analytics team as a Performance & Reward Analyst. Reporting in to the Head of Performance and Reward Analytics, you'll be working in a team of 10 with a primary focus of providing reporting and data insights for the performance and reward function. You will be collecting, shaping and delivering models as well data analytics and insights using an array of reporting tools such as PowerBI and Excel. You will be working with senior stakeholders, taking a consultative approach to build reports and drawing compelling insights from data whereby you will be expected to present and deliver a story around the data to help drive business performance. You will be using SAP and large data sets in this role.

This is a highly commercial and analytical role focused on the field or reward and performance. You will be joining at an exciting time where the team is expanding and broadening its horizons to what data and reporting tools are available to them. To be considered for this role you must have HR analytics experience and will ideally have some exposure to reward analytics specifically. It is preferred that you have worked in a professional or financial service business previously and worked with large data sets. You must be analytical minded, have an eye for detail and confident presentation skills. Stakeholder management plus effective people and communication skills are key.
