Our client, a leading global banking institution, is looking for a Program Manager (HR Generalist) to support summer associates and early career professionals hired into the Global Markets business unit through their campus recruiting programs.
The Program Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of the program and will be responsible for ensuring employee engagement and development through robust learning and development, talent mobility, career development, and mentoring programs specifically designed for early career populations. While many of these programs exist and are well-developed, there is an ongoing opportunity to continue developing and tailoring these programs to the needs of each new class of incoming talent into the business. While managing specific aspects of the program to develop the needs of this population, this individual will also act as the HR first point of contact and a trusted advisor to this class of employees.
Our client is seeking 5+ years of experience of program management or early career HR generalist support gained within the financial services sector, ideally Global Markets.
