Quantitative Research Recruiter

Our client is a global firm seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Recruiter who will support hiring for Quantitative Research. This role will have a focus on Campus recruitment of advanced degree candidates, but will enjoy the diversity of supporting an array of broader HR project work.
The firm is seeking a strong foundation ideally out of premier professional environments. While Campus recruiting experience is highly preferred, and ideally recruitment of Quants backgrounds or non-MBA graduate degree profiles more broadly, breadth of experience across other HR or Recruiting areas (generalist, training, reward, lateral recruiting, etc.) is also highly valued. You will bring a strong and well-rounded academic and professional background and a demonstrated record of high performance allowing you to transition smoothly into this diversified role. The firm is also seeking someone with the bigger picture, strategic mindset to help drive their efforts to the next level, while being comfortable executing the day to day responsibilities.
This is an exceptional opportunity reporting directly to the Head of HR and partnering with firm leadership.
