More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand current and predicted demand
- Understanding business objectives to forward plan and pipeline
- Work closely with the wider team to develop sourcing initiatives
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Liaise with agencies to maintain relationships and gain support on roles
- Offer managemnet
- Supporting junior Recruiter's
- Ad hoc project work
You must have previous in house Recruitment experience, ideally within the financial or professional services. You must have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
