More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand current and predicted demand
  • Understanding business objectives to forward plan and pipeline
  • Work closely with the wider team to develop sourcing initiatives
  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Liaise with agencies to maintain relationships and gain support on roles
  • Offer managemnet
  • Supporting junior Recruiter's
  • Ad hoc project work

You must have previous in house Recruitment experience, ideally within the financial or professional services. You must have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
