My client an international Energy company are looking to hire a Recruiter on a 9 month fixed term contract. Working in a busy team of 3 you will be taking responsibility for around 15-20 lives roles from shortlist to induction. You will be leading managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. You will be working alongside stakeholders to conduct competency and case study interviews. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong sourcing specialist who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates. In this role you will be supporting the UK and International offices on their customer service and head office roles.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and can either come from an agency or in-house background. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting high volume roles ideally in a large globally matrixed organisation.
