Recruitment Onboarding Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken Onboarding Specialist to join a leading Professional Services business for a period of 12 months.
This newly created role has arisen as part of a sizable transformation programme which will result in over 100 contractors joining the business over that period.
This is a business-critical role ensuring the smooth onboarding of contractors and subsequent resource management further down the line.
The role will suit someone that has worked on-site within a recruitment function onboarding contractors. It's a prerequisite you have managed the end to end onboarding process and have a strong track record facilitating pre employment screening (PES Checks), reference checks, credit checks etc.
Should anomalies arise you will be the person to follow up with suppliers, third party administrators, education facilities, and the candidate themselves. As such, you must be a strong communicator and have the confidence and approach to lead sometimes difficult conversations.
In this role you will not be sat behind the scenes. The requirement is for the successful person to regularly liaise with the recruitment team, hiring managers, third parties etc to ensure communication is fluid across the onboarding process.
You may have previously worked as part of a contracting team onsite at a big corporate either directly or as part of an onsite RPO. Equally, you may have been the onboarding manager for a specific recruitment campaign.
