An exciting opportunity to work with a well-known successful Global FinTech brand enjoying significant growth and as a result are expanding their recruitment teams. Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Partner with experience of hiring within the financial services, space preferably with middle and front office hiring experience.

The Recruitment Partner is key to the business' internal talent strategy and mobility. A visible role with business leaders. The successful incumbent will identify key talent around the business, help build a pipeline of talent into the business, create strong relationships, support strategic sourcing across EMEA, get involved in any exciting recruitment projects, stay abreast of market and employment trends.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role. You will work closely with the wider recruitment team and ensure a strong flow of talent into the firm through external channels.

This role is supported by both sourcers and coordinators that support external sourcing methods and logistics.

The ideal candidate will be an influencer and come with strong stakeholder management. They hire smart and ambitious people. This is a highly networked organisation, someone who is collaborative and enjoys responsibility within a backdrop of a flat structure will thrive in this environment.
