About our Client
We are delighted to work with a leading player in the Medical / Healthcare sector. With a strong footprints in Asia Pacific and a proven YOY business growth, they are recruiting for a high calibre C&B professional to lead various compensation and benefits projects and initiatives across the region.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific C&B Director, the Regional C&B Manager will be the advisor to HR Business Partners by identifying and providing recommendations on C&B issues across multiple markets in the region, as well as supporting their annual compensation review cycles. Working closely with the Global C&B team, this Regional C&B Manager will play a critical role in crafting out relevant projects to enhance C&B policies and drive improvements across the business i.e. recommendations on sales commissions, systems or process improvements.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in their year, you should have a strong foundation in C&B domain, preferably with prior or current experience in total rewards consulting. Coupled with good exposure to regional C&B challenges and issues, you should possess an analytical and problem solving mindset to be able to partner with stakeholders and influence through recommendations. You are a team player, willing to learn and able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
