About our client
We are delighted to be working with our client who is one of the leading global financial institutions in the world. They are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team in its efforts to scale their business and to create a holistic and conducive working culture. This position is based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of C&B, you will support all Compensation and Benefits activities across the region. You will work with vendor and consultants externally and internally to review salary data information and revise and implement C&B policies. The candidate will advise on the compensation and benefits strategies, company bonus schemes and to tailor to the business structure and engage with senior stakeholders.
The successful applicant
They are open to individuals from financial institutions or multinational corporations. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be a good team player. Having project management experience is desirable.
