This role will report to the Head of HR and will have numerous critical stakeholders in the region. It is a sought-after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager. You will look into the regional compensation processes and be empowered to suggest improvements. You would also ensure the continuation of comprehensive, competitive benefits programs which meet employee needs and are cost effective complying with local regulations on all qualified benefit plans.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you would possess a degree and come with at least 8 years of regional experience in Compensation & Benefits. The Head of HR believes in empowering the team member and entrust the person to take ownership of his/her portfolio. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines. You should possess high IQ/EQ to manage stakeholders and influence accordingly.
