We are currently searching for a seasoned and influential HR professional to join the business as a Regional HR Director based in Moscow.
The is a pivotal and high profile role working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build and drive a best in class regional HR strategy, acting as a critical link across the region, leadership, Centres of Excellence and the businesses.
The Regional HR Director will be fluent in Russian and English and be responsible for driving the HR strategy and culture agenda, building a world-class talent and leadership development strategy, championing new ways of working that support the business leaders and provide improved value-added people solutions. The role will drive the ongoing transformation, consistency and coherence of HR practices including performance management, succession planning, assessment, coaching, development and diversity & inclusion whilst managing a team to implement and drive initiatives forward.
We are seeking an accomplished HR Leader with a high level of business acumen for this role. You will possess strong expertise in talent management, leadership development, performance management and executive coaching. You will have the ability to translate strategy into talent plans effectively, driving a change agenda to achieve outstanding results.
Fluency in both Russian and English is a pre-requisite for this role.
