Our client, a well-known law firm is looking to recruit for a Regional HR Manager - North Asia.
This is a business partner role, where you will play an integral part to the business. You will be critical in leading, guiding and collaborating with the practice areas and business services. By utilizing your extensive HR knowledge, you will be involved in providing professional advice in the development and implementation of change programs, performance management and employee relations. You will be analyzing trends to advise the business on people matters. In addition, you will oversee HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant and kept up to date for the firm and its employees. You will be responsible for key resourcing discussions and plans. Employee engagement and communication is also key towards understanding the requirements of the businesses.
You will be reporting directly into the APAC COO, APAC Head of HR and have a collaborative team to support you with maintaining a strong HR function. You will have a team of two advisors who will support you on operational demands of the role.
To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of working in a partnership model and readily available to start as soon as possible. You should be able to demonstrate your experience in being a senior member of HR and dealing with complex matters.
