An Australian organisation with a proud history and a diverse portfolio of products is looking for a Remuneration and Analytics Specialist to join their Sydney team.

Based in their beautiful, heritage listed offices in Walsh Bay, this role will take responsibility for the annual remuneration cycle for circa 500 people and deliver a range of people metrics to the business.
Reporting to the Reward Manager based in Sydney, this role will support:
- Performance review (including calibrations)
- Rem review - setting the direction and timeline for key stakeholders
- Delivery of rem and bens data
- Analysis of remuneration data
- Working closely with Payroll and Finance teams
- Incentive plans
In addition, this role will play an important part in the analytics of People Data including T/O, Recruitment Metrics, Onboarding, Engagement Survey, and Diversity. You will be able to tell a story with analytical data and be able to present this in engaging and understandable formats.
You will be passionate about both Remuneration and Metrics and have experience of running at least two Annual Remuneration Cycles previously. With a truly inquisitive and curious mind, you will have an excellent eye for detail, be able to pick up on inconsistencies easily and will become the trusted expert in all things analytics and remuneration. A self-starter and good relationship builder you will build credibility and trust quickly with stakeholders based nationally.
