As a Resourcing specialist you will deliver recruitment mainly across the technical sales functions at all levels.
As it is niche and very competitive area, you will partner with your Manager and the HR community to hire in the best talent across your region.
Thanks to the low volume (approx. 20 open vacancies at the same time), you will be able to have a consultative approach. Engaging talent directly is highly encouraged!
One of the main objectives of the role is to create a more robust in-house capability for talent attraction, while reducing time to hire and really understanding the commercial implications of having open vacancies.
With an excellent training budget, you will have all the tools necessary to deliver your hiring requirements but you will also be able to bring fresh new ideas to the table.
As a subject matter expert, you will advise the HR community on new approaches to fill capability gaps in which recruiting isn't a straight forward approach (or even an option).
As the structure allows you lots of visibility in the HR community, you will be able to build an excellent reputation and have several opportunities to grow within the organisation!
You must come from a tech resourcing background but ideally tech sales and have an impressive network in the city. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to step away from agency recruitment, and move in house as an established in-house resourcing business partner.
You will also have a good track record of direct hiring and managing third party suppliers.
