Our client, a global investment firm based in stunning offices overlooking some great city landmarks, are seeking a Reward Analyst to join their growing HR team. This role reports directly into the Global Reward Manager, who you will support in the development of the Compensation and Benefits programmes, with a particular focus on their carried interest & co-investment schemes.
You will have experience or knowledge of carried interest & co-investment schemes as you will play a pivotal role in preparing carry award schedules, collecting carry proposals and working with the legal team to draft carry award letters. You will also have experience in deferred compensation/tax or accounting as you will be responsible for calculating the carry payments due to participants and administering these when carry distribution arises, and you will also manage the other incentive plans across Reward.
In addition, you will also need to have expertise in broad-based Reward, as you will assist in the planning and coordination of the annual salary review, and the design and production of reward statements. You will also administer pensions & benefits for employees and plan the annual pension governance meetings, assisting with pension plans as required. You will carry out a global review of benefits across the business annually and assist with monthly payroll submissions where needed.
