A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-known prestigious firm, on an initial 6 month contract as a Reward Analyst. You will be joining a friendly, warm and collaborative team and will play a crucial role in the delivery of a job grading project as part of a wider ongoing transformation.
You will provide analytical support for the firms compensation policies and programmes. You will play a pivotal role in a crucial transformation project for the firm, which will involve reviewing and aligning compensation packages where appropriate and in line with their organisational structure. You will conduct and support on job evaluations, review job descriptions to ensure levelling and job grading data is accurate, and you will assist in total reward benchmarking. You will also be required to produce high quality management information, through the analysis and presentation of data using MS Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau).
You will have proven expertise in job evaluations and reward benchmarking, and will ideally have supported on transformation projects previously. You will be able to deliver accurate, high quality work calmly and consistently under pressure. You will have very strong communication skills as you will be liaising with very senior stakeholders across the business on a frequent basis. You will have advanced MS Excel expertise with an ability to carry out complex formulae. Experience on Power BI or Tableau is also preferred.
