Your role will have a broad remit and will lead in the development of a rewards strategy and result in a bespoke reward solutions package that supports the entire direction of the business. Your responsibilities will be varied and give you the opportunity to deliver operationally across the whole rewards and benefits function - engaging the total reward landscape, with a company-wide profile.

This a significant and highly visible role within the Rewards team, you need to be an expert with proven senior reward partnering experience. Your contribution to the success of this significant part of the business will require you to have a deep understanding of all reward disciplines.

You need to be someone with a solutions-based approach who enjoys engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders across large matrixed organisations. They welcome thought leaders with external insight to evolve thinking and progress.
