A FTSE 100 business is now looking to hire a senior reward professional to join their City offices and support a dedicated business line. This broad remit role will develop the reward requirements that support the strategic direction of the business, integrating with the business and understanding its markets. You'll designs bespoke reward solutions to address specific issues and provide advice and guidance on reward to both the HRLT and the business. You'll lead on both the strategic and operational aspects of the reward and benefits function, engaging across their total reward landscape. As a result, the business is looking to meet reward professionals with proven reward business partnering capability, with sound knowledge and understanding of all reward disciplines including pensions, sales compensation and executive remuneration. The ability to translate business problems into successful reward outcomes and who can bring external insight through networking and regular participation in external events. Strongly developed interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to develop relationships with senior HR and business colleagues.
