Our client , a top global law firm known for their exceptional culture and progressive approach to HR and benefits, is seeking a skilled departmental assistant to support their busy global benefits team in all matters of administration, highly visible special projects, and to ensure the efficient and accurate operations of the function.
From tracking employee benefits changes to providing general administrative support, this position is a crucial part of a best in class global benefits offering and will serve as the proverbial glue that holds a really wonderful team of committed professionals together. Reporting into a supportive manager who oversees this team of 7, you'll utilize strong communication skills and technical competencies to drive day to day functions while also providing additional support on global initiatives where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a knack for data management and ensuring data integrity. Minimum qualifications include several years of administrative experience in a professional services setting and ideally some knowledge of benefits. a BA/BS degree and ddvanced Excel and PowerPoint are required. Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
