A global financial services business is now looking to recruit a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide day-to-day advice to their broader HR community, senior managers and stakeholders. A particular focus of this role will be to act as the SME on remuneration regulations impacting the UK, reviewing all new regulations, contributing to interpretation, gap analyses and solution development. Duties will include planning and executing all complex regulatory reporting requirements within relevant deadlines (EBA reporting, Pillar 3 reporting, RPS Tables, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy. You will also manage the MRT year-end compensation cycle including data management, case management, calculations, internal and external reporting, and MRT communications. As a result, the bank is looking to meet candidates who have in-depth expertise in PRA, FCA and EBA remuneration regulations impacting UK financial institutions, together with strong analytical skills and numeracy, with high levels of accuracy under pressure. Strong planning, time management, influencing and execution skills are equally sought as is the ability to challenge requests, and encourage a broader commercial perspective.
