- Responsible for devising and executing local and International HR projects
- You optimize policies and processes, with a focus on substantiating decisions based on data
- Maintaining contact with external relations
- Advise on recruitment strategy
- Liaising across the business to ensure that project milestones and processes are managed effectively
The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:
- 5-7 years in a HR related job role
- Strong HR Business Partner
- Organizational talent, it is important that you know how to prioritize things well
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
