Our client, a global consumer goods company in the spirits/beverage arena, is looking for a best practices Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR consultation as they move through an exciting & dynamic high growth phase. In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders with HR/People offerings as they look to transform the function to more of a center of excellence model. The ability to be strategic, yet hands-on is critical for success. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience from the consumer goods industry with a keen understanding of organizations that have a supply chain process. The role will cover a wide variety of responsibilities from business partner, talent and organizational development through employee relations, learning, rewards, HRIS and beyond. The role is an individual contributor position that is poised to make a significant impact.
