Our client, a disruptor in the education & learning space, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, to elevate their people offerings in support of their organization of ~3,000 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of HR experience from a best practices environment/mindset, possess strong relationship-building skills, expertise across HR functional areas/employee relations and thrive in a role pivoting between strategic and tactical work. Responsibilities include talent, performance management, compensation/rewards, engagement, recruitment strategy, organizational development, employee relations, coaching, restructuring and beyond. The role manages one direct report. There is a CoE model in place so the role is less focused on HR operations. The client offers a hybrid working model with 3 days/week onsite at their beautiful downtown, NYC offices.
