We are working with a well established and highly profitable organisation to appoint a Senior Business Partner into their team. The role will support a population of circa 1000 people who are spread across multiple locations.
The role will work with the senior leadership of the business in advising and guiding them on their key people priorities as well as setting the people strategy. These will cover areas such as reward, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, engagement, organisational design, talent management and succession and employee relations, all of which is delivered in a very high touch, high quality culture.
As a dynamic and revenue led business, this role will suit an individual who is used to operating within an highly commercial, fee-earner driven environment. Managing a team of two HR BP's, the role will leverage COE's where required. A career history showing progression within HR Business Partnering roles is essential, combined with a strong academic track record. This role offers the chance for an individual to direct and lead the people agenda for their business unit, in a role which has a great combination of autonomy within a wider HR infrastructure.
