A Senior HR Business Partner position has become available at one of our Commercial MNC clients headquartered in Hong Kong. The role will sit at group level, have a predominant focus on Greater China and sit as part of the company's HR Leadership Programme offering structured leadership development and career mobility within the group longer term.
You will work closely with specific business support functions to maintain or develop key HR strategies and initiatives. You will be required to challenge, support and drive optimal business performances from a HR perspective. These responsibilities include managing HR projects & transformations, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, performance and support on annual reward cycles. You will have the support of one direct report and report into the CHRO based in Hong Kong.
You will be required to demonstrate relatable experience on supporting the delivery of HR projects & transformation, creating compelling employee value proposition to help maintain and attract a talented workforce. In addition, you will support talent development partnering closely with the business and Talent Development Specialists to strengthen talent pipeline.
To be considered, you will also need to demonstrate excellent spoken & written skills in English and Mandarin. You should come with 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience and have the resilience to drive change & manage key businesses effectively.
