This leading professional services firm is looking for a Senior HR Manager to support its Business Services functions.
As a leader in its field this large global organisation is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion both overall as well within its HR function.
As a result they are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join focusing on offering a seamless and commercial HR service into its corporate functions.
Forming part of a wider HR team of both generalists and specialists sat in Centres of Excellence, your role will be to work closely with various Heads of function to deliver the people agenda across a varied and diverse population.
Working closely with HR Managers and Advisers you will work across both generalist and strategic projects ensuring the overall people strategy is met and in unison with peers work towards an overall people plan falling in line with the business plan.
The firm is looking to meet with solid HR generalists, already operating at Senior HRM/BP level, looking for a new challenge. You will have good people management skills and have worked for a mid to large commercial organisation , ideally within the professional services space. You will have a good level of experience in working on change and transformation projects, as well as delivering commercial HR through periods of growth and organisational change.
