Job Description

This is a sought-after opportunity for a HR professional to join them as the Senior HR Manager. This position is accountable for leading the HR team and you will be a key member of the management team, playing an advisory role on all human capital matters - sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will work very closely with the business leaders in conceptualizing the HR agenda and the over-arching strategy that will enable growth and strengthen the people capabilities. You will be someone who is able to influence relationships at the senior level to help achieve HR & business objectives. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and drive.

The Successful Applicant

An all-rounder with at least 12-15 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, taking charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, organization learning and development, employee services and any HR-related matters. Focus would be employee engagement, talent development, compensation & benefits - for medical staff.

Ideally, you will have experience within the Healthcare industry (dealing with medical workers) to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
