We are delighted to be working with a globally recognised professional services business who are appointing a senior consulting professional to manage and lead their global HR projects. The role has a strong focus on project and programme management, combined with the ability to influence, advise and guide senior stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
Managing budgets, liaising with colleagues across HR as well as within the finance function, strong financial acumen is essentials for the role. The opportunity is one to be part of a global HR transformation, influencing and shaping the HR function at a senior level. Critical for consideration in this role is a background as a management consultant within the area of HR coming from the Big 4 or similar, large management consultancy firm. The role would map well for a senior manager looking to take their first step in-house from consultancy and will require core competency across HR transformation, project and programme management, communication, influencing and stakeholder management.
