Our client is a globally recognised Engineering organisation with extensive presence in Asia Pacific. As part of their strategic growth and the need to drive business objectives, we are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead their HR business partnering team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, and managing a team of HR Business Partners, the Senior HR Manager will play a critical role to advise leadership team to develop and implement an effective people strategy to support business objectives and/or to build internal talent capabilities. This will include, but not limited, to conceptualising, improving and rolling out Talent Management, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. As the business continues to grow, the HR Manager will be an advocate for employee engagement, including working closely with union partners to identify gaps/issues, and strengthen collaboration.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive or similar industry background. You should have a strong foundation and working knowledge of liaising with labour unions. As a senior HR member of the team, you should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to lead, mentor and coach a team of HR professionals. You should have immaculate and efficient communication skills to influence, negotiate and support a diverse group of leaders.
