I am supporting a market leading British multinational organisation in their search for a Senior Leadership Development Manager to join the People Leadership Team. This role will offer you the opportunity to create and source learning solutions for high potential employees and support the overall Talent plan by working closely with business leaders and HR Business partners across the organisation.
Within this role you will be responsible for for creating and sourcing development solutions in the form of a Talent Development Plan. This plan will deliver value and meet the strategic needs of the organisations development plans for promotable employees in line with talent reviews. You will be working with the senior leadership team and talent team to ensure L&D impact by obtaining high levels of satisfaction and quality across the business areas. Being efficient and using robust evaluation methods you will be able to evidence this performance whilst driving the agenda forward. Experience creating, designing and delivering L&D programmes will be essential in this role and you will hold experience scaling and implementing these programmes across a matrix style organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of scoping and designing L&D programmes for high potential and senior leaders across a large organisation. You must be an accredited executive coach and have extensive experience coaching senior leaders to Director level. You will use thought theory and have tried and tested methods that have been successful in your role as a Learning and Development Specialist. You will have expert knowledge of learning theories, frameworks, digital techniques and full L&D life cycle including advanced level L&D analysis. This role is not sector specific however, an understanding of large scale senior level learning and development strategy for high performing individuals is essential.
