Our client, a well-established brand name in the region, and a leader in the industry - is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to join the high performing Singapore team. They have over 500 employees in Singapore. The current HR team is experienced and highly collaborative, so this will provide a great platform for a strong Senior Learning & Development Manager to join a team that is creating and adding value to the wider organisation and enhancing the employee experience. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all learning and development initiatives and programs in the organisation. Being a Learning & Development Manager as well as a Consultant to the HR team and business leaders, you will conceptualise, develop and implement a wholistic learning ecosystem, including needs assessment, training strategy, curriculum development, identifying effective delivery methods, creating your own modules / training content, running train-the-trainer workshops, and assessment of results. You will play a critical role in talent development and retention strategy.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have a proven track record of personally creating new and innovative programmes, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving attributes. You will come with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Essential: Strong experience in leadership programs
