Our client is one of the leading providers of logistics solutions.

To strengthen their Compensation and Benefits department they are looking to hire a

Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (w/m/d)

at their headquarters in Frankfurt am Main

  • Collaborate with Human Resources leaders to benchmark company policies and programs
  • Benchmarking and developing of a competitive compensation structure along with attractive and cost-effective benefits and programmes
  • Implement and continuously develop their global job catalogue
  • Evaluation of key roles (Hay grading) within the Group; coordinate and review the evaluations
  • Support administration and digitalisation of data processes of the company's global Share Matching program and further development of the program

  • University degree in Economics, Human Resources, Finance or similar
  • Several years of working experience and deep knowledge in a regional/international compensation and benefits capacity
  • Experience with a global HR IT system (e.g. Workday) and sound knowledge of SAP HCM would be preferable
  • Hands-on workstyle with strong project management skills and a solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Resilient and fast paced can-do attitude
  • Smart and effective communication on all levels
  • Business fluent in German and English
