Our client a Tech Start up are looking to hire Tech Recruiter on a 3-month fixed contract that could extend. This role is fully remote but longer term could be based in Bedford.
You will assist with the 360-recruitment cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with hiring manager and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, negotiating rates, utilising the ATS. sourcing and vetting candidates and organising recruitment campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and must have at least 4 years' experience recruiting in the IT sector.
